How do I return my Slickwraps if I'm not satisfied?

Slickwraps stands behind the quality of our products. Our ability to provide a warranty relies on the integrity and honesty of our customers. The 30 day Return/Exchange Policy applies to product only and is decided at the sole discretion of the Slickwraps Customer Service team. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your wrap purchase, Slickwraps will offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of the order date. 

If a refund is requested, the wrap must be returned in new/unused condition.  Refunds will be processed via the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.  

If an exchange is requested, you will be asked to cover all shipping costs involved.  Once shipping is paid, Slickwraps will send out a new item of equal or lesser value of the original.

If Slickwraps determines that the wrap is used, a store credit will be given in lieu of a refund/exchange. All refunds/credits will be in the amount of the product only, no shipping costs.
