Due to the customized nature of our products as well as them being made on-demand when orders are placed, once you place your order, you cannot cancel it. You can submit a ticket to our customer service representatives within a 1 hour of the order being placed to request a change. Note: in some cases, an order cannot be changed as it has already been sent into production/shipping.
Products purchased cannot be returned or exchanged without express authorization from a Slickwraps representative.
Slickwraps is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items in transit. If you have a missing or damaged item please submit a ticket request to our customer service representatives, we have a protocol in place to make sure we get you wrapped up!
That typically entails an original item reshipment to the confirmed shipping address used to place the order. Any customized item such as custom prints or mix and match orders are final and will not be accepted back for any refunds.
Please contact us promptly. Returns for unopened, unused merchandise that does not bear any logo or other artwork, or mix and match items may be eligible for a refund minus the shipping amount.
